SRI Staff Win Awards at the Society for Historical Archaeology Annual Meeting

Congratulations to Terry Majewski of SRI for being awarded the Carol V. Ruppe Distinguished Service Award for her decades of dedicated service to the SHA in multiple roles, including as a Director, President, inaugural Chair of the Academic and Professional Training Committee, co-founder and organizer of the Past Presidents Student Reception, and Chair of the Awards Committee!

In addition, SRI team members from our Colorado and Albuquerque offices, along with History Colorado, were part of a team effort that received the Mark E Mack Community Engagement Award for its work on History Colorado’s Native American Boarding School Research Program, which honors individual researchers and project teams for outstanding best practices in community collaboration, engagement, and outreach!

SRI is very proud of the hard work our employees do and the dedication they have to historic preservation. SRI appreciates these acknowledgements by the SHA for our staff’s work!
