SRI Employee Receives MSU Graduate School Fellowship
SRI employee Kristin Sewell, assistant historian/mortuary analyst in the Historic Program, was accepted to the Michigan State University graduate program in anthropology starting in the fall and has also been selected as a recipient of an MSU Graduate School Fellowship.
These fellowships are limited in number and very competitive. With this fellowship, Kristin is assured of total support (including tuition waivers, insurance, and a monthly living stipend) from the university for five years; two of those years are fully funded with no teaching or research service required; the other three years will include an assistantship.
SRI is very proud of Kristin for this accomplishment. She has been an integral member of the Historic Program and the Joint Courts Complex project, and we will miss her when she leaves. We wish her all the best!
