Carrie Gregory Elected Vice President of the Alliance for Historic Landscape Preservation
Carrie J. Gregory, historic preservation project director and assistant office director for the Albuquerque office, was just elected to serve as vice president of the Alliance for Historic Landscape Preservation (AHLP). The AHLP is an interdisciplinary and international professional organization that provides a forum for communication and exchange of information among its members. It is dedicated to the preservation and conservation of historic landscapes in all their variety, from formal gardens and public parks to rural expanses. Carrie hosted the 32nd annual meeting of the AHLP in April 2010, and SRI was one of two sponsors. Held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the meeting was successful and well attended, setting a record for the number of registrants. The AHLP will hold its 2011 meeting in Fort Worth, Texas.
